OWAS

Ontology-Wide Association Study is a by using ontologies to get more information out of our data, easier to run filtered studies, and we can find where similar diseases differ. By aggregating all the patients up in the ontology, resulting in all parent nodes contains all patients of its child nodes, we fill out some of the missing parts of the ontology. Vague diseases that previously had only a few patients to be acounted for will include the more specific diseasese (NB nodes will only be affected by its children nodes).
